Webinar Ticket Sales - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility 1.1 Participants must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and attend webinars. 1.2 Participants must provide accurate and complete registration information when purchasing a ticket. 1.3 Employees of Freewind Research Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are eligible to purchase tickets but may not qualify for promotional discounts unless specified.

2. Ticket Purchase and Access 2.1 Tickets must be purchased through FreewindOutdoors.com or authorized third-party vendors. 2.2 A confirmation email with webinar access details will be sent upon successful purchase. 2.3 Tickets cannot be shared or transferred unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellations and Refunds 3.1 Refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled webinar. 3.2 No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made after the deadline. 3.3 FreewindOutdoors.com reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a webinar. In such cases, ticket holders will be offered a refund or the option to attend a rescheduled session.

4. Conduct and Participation 4.1 Participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully during the webinar. 4.2 Disruptive behavior, including harassment or unauthorized recording, will result in removal from the session without a refund. 4.3 FreewindOutdoors.com reserves the right to deny participation to individuals who violate these terms.

5. Liability and Disclaimers 5.1 FreewindOutdoors.com is not responsible for technical issues beyond its control, including internet outages or platform failures. 5.2 The information provided in webinars is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. 5.3 FreewindOutdoors.com reserves the right to modify webinar content and speaker lineup without prior notice.

6. General Conditions 6.1 By purchasing a ticket, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions and all decisions of FreewindOutdoors.com, which are final and binding. 6.2 The sale of webinar tickets is governed by the laws of the state of Texas, where Freewind Research Inc. is incorporated. 6.3 Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Texas.

Firearm/NFA Webinar/Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility 1.1 Participants must be at least 21 years of age and legally eligible to own a firearm and/or NFA under federal, state, and local laws. 1.2 Participants must be residents of the United States and reside in a jurisdiction where firearm and/or NFA raffles are legal. 1.3 Employees of Freewind Research Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Raffle Entry 2.1 Entry into the raffle is obtained through purchasing a ticket or as otherwise specified by FreewindOutdoors.com. 2.2 All entries must be received by the stated deadline to be considered valid. 2.3 There is no limit to the number of entries per participant unless otherwise stated.

3. Winner Selection and Notification 3.1 The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. 3.2 The winner will be notified via email or phone within 7 days of the drawing. 3.3 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, a new winner may be drawn at the discretion of FreewindOutdoors.com.

4. Firearm Transfer and Compliance 4.1 The winner must complete all necessary background checks and comply with all federal, state, and local firearm and/or NFA laws before receiving the firearm and/or NFA. 4.2 The firearm and/or NFA will be transferred through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer in accordance with applicable laws. 4.3 If the winner fails the background check or is otherwise ineligible to receive the firearm, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be selected.

5. Taxes and Fees 5.1 The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, transfer fees, or other costs associated with receiving the firearm and/or NFA. 5.2 FreewindOutdoors.com assumes no responsibility for any additional costs incurred by the winner.

6. Liability and Disclaimers 6.1 FreewindOutdoors.com is not responsible for any misuse, accident, injury, or damage resulting from the use of the awarded firearm and/or NFA. 6.2 By entering the raffle, participants acknowledge that they assume all risks associated with firearm and/or NFA ownership and usage. 6.3 FreewindOutdoors.com reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle at any time without prior notice.
